Tallinn Nõmme Basic School project "Tomorrow's Skills" is an application for Erasmus + in 2015 in the first Call for Proposals of applications. The project activity type is a mobility for school workers. Based on the international studies should develop a new learning- practices particularly critical thinking and problem solving, including the ability to collaborate with other team members towards common goals. There are even learning skills are as important as the social skills. It sets new standards for teachers, who must take account of all abilities and learning styles of students. This project will enable the Erasmus + Mobility training participants to use the experience of the everyday work of the future - hence the name of the training - "Tomorrow's skills." Project participants are all teachers, board members and support professionals - a total of 12 employees. Project quality management and execution of a project manager in collaboration with the direct responsibility participans. The means of communication used for e-mail communication. School will open the web site of the project blog. The project participant is concluded Mobility Agreement, which is based on the basic agreement concluded with SA Achimedes. The application clearly shows the expected impact of the project participants, participating organizations and other stakeholders. It also describes the basic post-project activities such as the dissemination of experiences with colleagues, partners and target groups, the organization of the future project. The vision provides the Tallinn Nõmme Basic School participation in the project Erasmus + a good challenge and an opportunity for professional development of teachers and the quality of learning and support the sustainability of the whole school community in raising up to 2020.
