Tallinn Nõmme Basic school project "Tomorrow's Skills 2.0" is the Erasmus + 2016 application for the first call for proposals. The project activities type is the school staff mobility through participation in professional training courses and job-shadowing. A total of 12 employees will participate in the mobility.The goal of Tallinn Nõmme Basic School is to develop the mobility teachers` basic skills (knowledge of the subject, self-expression, the ability to transmit the knowledge of the subject) and transversal skills (communication, motivation, digital competence etc. )On school level, the aim is to use / to describe the experience gained in the new school curriculum for comprehensive and reasonable competence.Based on a number of international studies the learners` critical thinking and problem- solving skills including the ability to collaborate with other team members on common goals have become more important. Learning skills are also important alongside the development of social skills. It sets new requirements for the teachers, who must take account all the students of all abilities and learning styles.The need for continuous development lies not only in keeping pace with the changes, but being a step ahead of them - hence the title of the project „Tomorrow's Skills 2.0". Version indication " 2.0" means that the so-called acquired skills during the previous project need to be rethought tomorrow incl internationalization and refugee migration context. It also refers to the designation ' 2.0 ' information technology hardware and software innovation in the context of the digital revolution, without which it would not have carried out the changes sustainable. The project quality management and carrying out the project is a direct responsibility of the project manager in co-operation with the mobility teachers. The Project Manager`s goal is to maintain an open and positive atmosphere. The project visits are recorded in the media. Project participants in mobility is awarded the contract, which is based on basic agreement concluded SA Achimedes. Past activities of the project and a final summary are recognized in Mobility Tool environment, in accordance with the rules of the project agreement SA Archimedes.The application sets out the expected impact of the project participants, participating organizations and other stakeholders. The main post-project activities such as the sharing of experiences with colleagues, partners and target groups, organizing further project work are described.The vision sees the Tallinn Nõmme Basic School Erasmus + participation in the project as a good challenge and an opportunity for professional development of teachers and the quality of teaching throughout the school and in supporting the sustainability of increasing it up to 2020.
