The project goal was to allow a selected group of students following a 2-year post secondary curriculum in International trade receive a financial allowance to help finance the mandatory internship abroad that takes place at the end of the first year. Whereas 11 scholarships had been originally granted, the budget dedicated to the Mobility Organization was used to help a 12th student. As regards the duration, 2 students of 12 carried out a 10-week placement instead of 9-week minimum. 42% (5 students) went to the UK, 42% also to Spain, 8% (1 student) to the Netherlands and 8% to Turkey. All along the period, students were monitored by two teachers in charge. In most cases, the students were entrusted with customers'canvassing operations which strictly corresponds to the placement objectives. In two cases however, it was necessary to ask tutors to follow the objectives stated and agreed in the internship agreement. The learning outcomes of this mobility period will be assessed in November 2016.
