Context and antecedents of the proyect: The Institute of Higher Vocational Training received the Erasmus Charter in 2014 and manages outgoing mobilities since the academic year 2014-2015. We applied for the Erasmus Charter with the intention to support the international mobility of our students and staff and increase the percentage of graduates that have experienced and international mobility during their studies. Aims: Our aims for 2014-2015 and 2015-2016 have been: - start up the Erasmus Placement mobilities in our Institute - increase the number of bilateral agreements for the different modules. Number and profile of the participants: A total of 14 persona have participated in the program: 12 students in the modality of Erasmus Placement, and 2 teachers in the modality of training. With respect to the profile of the students: all of them are second year students of the following degrees:: Expert in Physical and Sports Activities 25% Expert in International Commerce 17% Expert in Dietetics 50% Expert in Audiovisual Proyects and Events 8% Description of the activities: Mobilities of students for placement: 12 students have performed an Erasmus placement period, 2 of them in croatian companies, 2 in english companies, 3 in portuguese companies and 5 in polish companies. The two teachers who have performed a training mobility, have been in dutch universities. Achieved results Taking into account the proposed aims: With respect to the first aim: we have been able to start the international mobility in several of the degrees of the Institute for which we can state that this aim has been achieved. However we will continue working to achive the participation of students from the rest of the offered degrees. The second aim has been achieved because we have signed agreements for the new study areas that are offered in the Institute and for new destinations. Achieved impact and benefits on the long term: With respect to student mobility: The Erasmus mobilities have offered an added value to their education and their curriculum, increading their employability in the future, Also the mobilities have contributed to the improvement of the personal and profesional competences of our students. In case of the student's placements, they have also contributed to the increase of the number of agreements with companies and the promotion of collaboration with those companies. With respect to staff mobility: The exchange has increased competences and experiences related to pedagogical methods. At the same time, these mobilities have encouraged our institute to increase and enrich the variety and contents of the courses that we offer. It has strengthened the collaboration between the institute and its partner universities. Also has it contributed to the increase of the personal and profesional competences of the teachers.
