Students have developed their practices in the city of Palermo in Italy. Two flows of students divided into 10 students for the first flow and 2 for the second flow were sent to Italy. Students belonged to different specialities of Higher Education. The first flow stay (10 participants) lasted three full months while the second flow (2 participants) lasted 82 days. This project has allowed the participants to get some experience in the labour market in a European country with a high international prestige in the required sector. Participants managed to improve their abilities in every sector apart from being able to putting into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired throughout their period of study. The specific goals aimed and achieved in this project for the mobility of students are the following: - To develop a personal experience that the participants can include in their CV which will mean a difference with respect to their competitors when they need to get to the labour market. - To improve their communicative competence in Italian. - To put into practice the knowledge acquired throughout their studies. - To improve the cultural knowledge of the participants, to increase the respect and knowledge of a culture whose customs are different from the Spanish ones. - To enhance their self confidence from both a personal and professional point of view.
