During the academic year 2014-2015, ITU has taken part in Student Mobility including SMS and SMP as well as in Staff Mobility including STT and STA. The expected number for SMS was 393 students and the actual figure is 374. For SMP, 2014-2015 was the first year for ITU and while the expected number for traineeships was 7, the actual figure turned out to be 10 students. For that reason, as our SMP budget was only enough to cover the grants of 8 students, we decided to transfer 2,430 Euros from the Organisational Support (OS) budget to SMP budget for the remaining two students. The numbers for student exchanges are expected to increase, especially for the student replacement in the coming years based on the interest of our students. The expected and actual numbers for staff mobility for teaching were 9 and 21, respectively. Due to the high number of interest in STT, some limitations were applied such as the number of days awarded. Furthermore, in order to meet the demand, 4,614 Euros was transferred from OS budget to STT budget. On the other hand, the expected and actual numbers for staff mobility for training were 6 and 4, respectively.
