The link with the companies is favored to promote excellence and regional development. The mobility of students and staff as well as cooperation projects are the key assets of our strategy.
The aim of the mobility project 2014 is to foster the staff and students adaptability in facing constraints and opportunities of the MULTIMEDIA specialized activity sectors : Visual Communication, Graphic design, Web Marketing, Creative Production.
IDEM training programmes refer to EFQ Level 6, focusing on languages : English and Spanish.
IDEM trains 200 students yearly, the curriculum is regularly updated according to the needs of the labour market.
The mobility project is fully integrated into the internationalisation strategy of our school :
- student mobility from 3 to 6 months (SMP / SMS)

Our goals for students and staff are :

2>>foster quality improvement of training processes (formal - non formal) through international projects led by HEI and companies
3>>promote the added value and the recognition or learning outcomes at EU level
4>>enhance best practice initiatives between professionnals, stakeholders and HEI
5>>sustain the international dimension of HEI in order to higher competitiveness of our territories
6>>integrate language learning as a key factor of success of participants employability
We are very confident that this mobility project is going to be sustainable as our activity sector is very international oriented.
Furthermore our regional institutions are very committed to attract new SMEs of the MULTIMEDIA sector.
The mobility project goals are set up in regards to the following statements :
- IDEM has a long mobility experience and knows that mobility is a real competence lever
- the labour market has a lack of qualified experienced workers
- the region needs more synergy and cooperation between HEI, SMEs and institutions
- all stakeholders of the sector have to be aware of the MEDIA challenge and involved in the mobility promotion
Our past mobility experience demonstrated that EU mobility contributes to higher autonomy, enlarge professionnal vision and help people to go to the labour market.
The internships were carried out in 5 European countries : UK / Spain / Luxembourg / Belgium and Germany.
