The project aims to promote the European mobility of students in higher vocational training cycles, by conducting the training in the workplace (FCT) in companies in the European environment. The overall objective is the improvement of skills within the company, which represents a learning opportunity increasingly present in our school reality. Conducting mode flexible and equivalent learning under the cultural and educational profile, linking classroom training with practical experience in business is desirable. In this way it is intended that we are increasingly close to the current labor market. Another objective of the project is the training of teachers of the Integrated Vocational Training Centre Las Indias. Participants in the project are willing to improve the quality of learning services and training workers to meet the needs of the labor market, as they have to improve their general educational skills continuously.
Project participants are 10 students aged between 20 and 45, two professional families: Personal Image, and Textile and Leather Tailor. Also 2 teachers from the same families. All training courses are 2000 hours (LOE) that perform the FCT from April to June (346 hours).
Students are divided into (all for a period of two months):
Integrated Aesthetic 3 students, 2 in Pistoia (Italy) and one in Germany.
3 students of Fashion Pattern and Pistoia and Prato (Italy)
2 participants Costume and show as in Pistoia (Italy)
2 students and address Styling Hairdressing in Ljubljana (Slovenia).
The partner organizations are companies that have been selected, through various ways:
A result of the mobility of two teachers in January they visited several companies in the region of Tuscany, in particular Prato, Pistoia and Montecatini. The visits were very fruitful, as a direct contact that provided the ideal for our students 7 estableción company. They were textile companies and aesthetics. This area of Italy has good companies dedicated to the design and production of garments. They are also well developed centers and beauty.
Companies for our students styling were achieved in Ljubljana, the fruit of our friendship with a Barber School of this city with which we have relationships with our KA102 (former Leonardo).
The German company cosmetic contacted by a relative of the student who resides in that country.
