The multidisciplinary project has been designed to meet the training needs of our students of Higher Vocational Training across EU companies . The association is composed by the CE Ave Maria San Cristobal as promoter and partner shipping and companies from different sectors. Objectives and results: - Complete the theoretical training of the participants with practical experience in European companies. - Obtain the accreditation of professional skills through training module in Workplaces different training courses participants. - Improve language skills and transversal skill (versatility, adaptability and communication personal autonomy, making decisions ...) contributing to the professional, personal and social development of participants as European citizens, increasing their chances of employability. Performances: 5 stays. Spain as country of origin and country of destination France (2 stays) and Germany (3 stays). The length of stay has been three months in each case, being 2 months funded by the agency Erasmus scholarship and one funded by thir own but rules by the Erasmus standards (scholarship-zero). Monitoring and evaluation of participants by the tutor of the shipping center in collaboration with the host tutor, during all the stay until the end. Mobility has been carried out between March 2015 and June 2015. Envolving students from Automation and Robotics, Graphic Design and Administration and Finance.
