The biggest challenges for our center at the moment are: -combat rising levels of unemployment, particularly youth unemployment and poorly trained adults -Increase language proficiency in foreign languages and ensure the best use of technologies, such as the Erasmus + draft picks. -increase the autonomy of young people and their ability to actively participate in society. To increase the effectiveness of the education and training systems, we must give students and teachers the opportunity to train in foreign companies to develop their professionalism adapted to current needs, and increase the employability of newly qualified students. Over all the Programme supports actions, cooperation and tools consistent with the objectives of the Europe 2020 Strategy and its flagship initiatives, such as Youth on the Move and the Agenda for new skills and jobs. CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT: We ask three mobilities for second years student of Higher Degree Technician in Administration and Finance, Nutrition and Diagnostic Imaging. We inform the students of the first courses of training cycles in May and ten requests for mobility were obtained. The selection process was based on - The average mark of the modules taken at school - Certificate of proficiency in English or the language of the destination country. -the maturity of the student. - The student's personal and professional interests. The selection commission was composed of the Director of Studies fp, Erasmus Coordinator and Tutors. Search companies was carried out by collaborating partner. C.F.G.S COMMON OBJECTIVES FOR STUDENTS Extend the knowledge acquired at school in English-speaking as Technicians, get professional practice at international level, consolidate the maturity, facilitating access to employment, meet the economic and social environment of a country other than the country of origin. OBJECTIVES Higher Degree Technician in ADMINISTRATION AND FINANCE Number and profile of participants: 1 family mobility on Administrative. Knowledge, skills and competences to be acquired by the trainee at the end of the traineeship -To perform administrative and office support activities. -To provide a variety of management services essential to any special department, the direction and/or operation department of an organization. -Duties may include: fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, filling and faxing. -To do intense research project works. OBJECTIVES Higher Degree Technician in NUTRITION Number and profile of participants: 2 family mobility on health. Before mobility, one of the students gave up the scholarship, it was impossible, given the timing, that another student on the waiting list would agree to it, as it already had awarded enterprise in our city, being all very satisfied with it. Knowledge, skills and competences to be acquired by the trainee at the end of the traineeship -Elaboration of diets. -Give advice to help people make health-conscious decisions about food. -Assess, diagnose and treat diet-related problems and aim to raise awareness of the link between food and health to prevent future problems. -Educating and advising a wide range of patients with diet-related disorders on the practical ways in which they can improve their health by adopting healthier eating habits. -Calculating patients' nutritional requirements using standard equations based on assessments of blood chemistry, temperature, stress, mobility and other relevant factors (if necessary). -Educate about food and nutrition issues. -Writing reports and case notes and maintaining accurate records. -Preparing information packs, flyers and other promotional materials. -Any other duties related to the job. RESULTS AND IMPACT OF TWO MOBILITIES The results for the student have been very satisfactory regarding competencies and skills acquired. On the one hand it has reached the professional skills that are sought at first and language proficiency in the English language, has also achieved the intended objectives. Regarding the sending institution, our school has a new company to contact in the futur The impact is quite important especially in reference groups, where widespread exposure of this experience by the students opened the way for other future mobilities. Participation in the program has helped to increase the interest of young people to pursue higher education in young adults.
