Suleyman Demrel University has been participated in Erasmus Project since 2004. For 2014-2015, Erasmus+ was the new academic year for mobility. For many years, we as Erasmus Office, try to encourage students from many facuties and for 2014-2015 we had presentations and meetings to encoorage them. nd also for academic and administrative staff, we had many meetings on the introduction of Erasmus+ mobility and the new implementations on the project. According to Internationlisation stategy of the University, we aim to increase he number of participants to the project. under Erasmus+ Programme, there are different EU projects and we aim to present this new regulations to our students and staff. The students are selected according to the National Agency's criteris. They need to have the average of grade 2,20 in münimum and they need have a language proficiency. For staff mobility, we get the applications according to the interest of the staff to Erasmus programme. That made the staff to be increased in number year by year. Our objective is to encourage the staff and students who has not been participated in the mobility. We want all our staff and students will participate one of the projects at least one during their education life. By this target, our University will be more internationalised and open minded to other cultures and thoughts.
