Specifically, within the time line set by our Grant Agreement we engaged:

to foster and to improve transnational cooperation through staff and students exchange, through innovation and the exchange of good practices in the area of higher education with our portfolio of 206 partner and beyond,

to improve the teaching and learning of languages among our participants and to promote the EU's broad linguistic diversity and intercultural awareness.
Our project with a total of 120 participants includes: 84 student mobilities for studies, 10 student mobilities for traineeship, 14 staff mobilities for teaching and 12 staff mobilities for training.
Our Erasmus+ outgoing students are manly undergraduate, male (57,55% of participants), prefer to undertake a study mobility in Hungary, Poland,Sweden or Spain with an average duration of 5,70 months and get fully recognized an average of 37 ECTS upon returning to IAU.
On the other hand, our staff prefer short term mobilities (5 days) for teaching or training/job shadowing in Poland, Italy or Spain and are mostly females (57,69% of participants).

Overall, an Erasmus+ mobility brought them and to our university a boost in our partnership with the host university which will contribute further on to the exchange of good ideas and best practices in HE and to the development of further cooperation projects.
The results of our project were presented to different stakeholders within our university- upper management, faculties/institutes, library department, students themselves and shared with exterior stakeholders including the Turkish National Agency and the European Commission via this report.
