This project takes place in a very remarkable context. The Conservatorio Superior de Música de Jaén was opened in 2010. A few years after beginning, mobilities within Erasmus Programme started during the academic year 2013/2014. In consequence, this proyect matchs with the second year which we took part in the Programme Erasmus +. The success, considering the charasteristics of this little school has been really significant: as long as in the year 2013-2014 we had only three student mobilities and one staff mobility, this year the student mobilities have increased to seven and to four in the case of staff mobilities. All of them have carried out satisfactorily their stay for teaching and training in the different schools among Europe which we have signed Bilateral Agreements. Therefore, we have welcomed students and teachers from Germany, Italy and Bulgary. We have achieved every objective which intended when we acquired the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2014-2020, such as: - Ensure and provide new experiences to complete the occupational and personal training for the students, responding to learning needs within the European Higher Education Area. - Promote that sutdents reach enrichment through learning in different countries in the educational environment. - Develope and improve our teaching system through the staff mobilities incoming and outgoing. Regarding the impact of the activities we have organised in the conservatory, all of them have been highly positive and notable, in a short and in the long term. On the one hand, our outgoing students have fullfilled their learning expectancies and have taken the international musical environment in consideration. This has been decisive to to decide their professional future. On the other hand, the training we offer has improved thanks to staff mobilities.
