La Sociedad Cooperativa Valenciana Juan Comenius se encuentra involucrada en Proyectos Europeos desde el 2008, cuando recibió la aprobación de la Carta Erasmus. Desde entonces, año a año ha ido incrementando el número de movilidades de estudiantes para prácticas, y desde el 2014 ha iniciado, con gran acogida, la movilidad de personal. Objetivos de este proyecto son incrementar en cantidad y en calidad el número de movilidades, durante este proyecto 18 alumnos de segundo curso y 11 profesores de Ciclos Formativos de Grado Superior han participado en las movilidades. Los alumnos han realizado durante 3 meses prácticas formativas (SMP) en instituciones/empresas de la Unión Europea. Los profesores, mediante becas STT, han conocido nuevos métodos de trabajo/docencia en empresas o instituciones. Todos los participantes han cubierto sus expectativas, recomendando la experiencia a otros estudiantes y profesores. Este tipo de proyectos favorece la movilidad de los futuros trabajadores, alumnos que han participado en este proyecto se encuentran trabajando en las organizaciones que les acogieron durante sus prácticas, por tanto, el impacto no es sólo sobre nuestros alumnos, personal y nuestro centro, sino que se extiende a nivel europeo, a las empresas en las que trabajan. Y a nivel local y regional sucede lo mismo, alumnos que han participado en movilidades europeas cuando se encuentren en sus empresas españolas van a favorecer la acogida/inserción laboral de un trabajador europeo, al haber experimentado ellos previamente esta situación. El personal del centro que participa en las movilidades se vuelve más receptivo a participar en futuros proyectos europeos y en la recepción/acogida de personal y alumnado europeo. The Sociedad Cooperativa Valenciana Juan Comenius has been involved in European projects since 2008 after having achieved the Erasmus Charter. After that, year after year the number of student placement mobilities has been increasing. In 2014, staff mobility started. The main objective of this project is to increase not only in quantity but also in quality the number of mobilities. This school year, 18 students and 11 teachers from Higher Level of Vocational Training have taken part in mobilities. The students have accomplished their training period (SMP) for 3 months in institutions/companies in the European Union. Teachers, using STT grants, have known new working/teaching methods in Europe. All participants have met their expectations, encouraging and recommending the experience to other students and teachers. This project promotes future workers’ mobilities in the way that a number of students who have participated in this project are nowadays working in organizations that had hosted them during their placements. Therefore, the impact is not only on our students, staff and our institution, but it is also extended at a European level in companies in which they have worked. We have appreciated that at local and regional level there is also a beneficial impact in the way that students who have taken part in a European mobility promote the reception / employment of European workers once they are hired in Spanish companies. Our staff involved in the mobilities become more and more receptive to participate in future European projects and in the reception of staff and European students.
