CONTEXT AND BACKGROUND OF THE PROJECT Our Center is an art school where the Higher Grade Cycle of Profesional Training in Project and Work Department Management and decoration is given. We understand that it is essential for these mentioned specific studies to obtain professional practice in other countries and then, incorporate it into their work performance (innovation). That is why, our High School has been participating in the Erasmus program since the 2012-2013 academic year. Profesional Training in Spain offers the possibility of incorporating job mobility in European companies to get the corresponding degree. GOALS: Performing such training in European companies has the same academic validity as if they were made in companies in Spain. Getting a European dimension of our higher degree Profesional Training with mobility of students and teachers of the degrees offered in this High School. Getting the knowledge and developing in different European employment settings. Improving the language level of the participants.
