Higher education student and staff mobility project
Start date: Jun 1, 2014,
End date: May 30, 2016
PROJECT
FINISHED
Our institution offers three different types of professional studies: Commerce and Marketing, Business Administration and Car Mending. The International Relationship Department is in charge of promoting, arranging and managing the Erasmus mobilities in order to acquire experience that could enrich the teachinglearning process. In fact, when our students go to a different country, their experience do acquire an added value because it is developed
in a culture quite different to ours.
We try to aim two objectives: on the one hand, to achieve that our students get in touch with the new tools and ways of working, related to their professional areas,
on the other hand, to make students aware of European Work Environment, to help them eliminate barriers and open new cultural, social and professional
horizons.
The students will integrate themselves in the city of Krakow in Poland, for two month and thirteen day to do their internship taking into account their professional profile where they will be totally autonomous at the time of developing their everyday life in order to improve their skills and abilities.
We hope their stay of two months in a new environment will let them develop the ability to understand cultural differences, to get involved with a new culture and to let them learn how to deal with different situations.
To carry on this project, we count with a intermediary partner and a directi the host companies. By means of fluent communication of all parts, we hope to achieve the adaptation of our students as well as to help them to aim the different tasks assigned by the companies.
This experience of mobility opens the possibility of taking part in other contexts and of knowing other cultures in order to improve independence and wishes of overcoming difficult situations as well as to widen their professional perspectives. Futhermore it increases their tolerance and ability to make new friends and to accept others, it improves their self-esteem and confidence. That´s why we hope to aim a great impact in their whole training process.
Mobilities for training and for overcoming situations is possible and opens new horizons for our school in order to become international and foresee a better future for our students.
Wee would like to finish saying that we believe in our project because we believe in the potencial of our students, in our future professionals because a team of enthusiastic professionals speaks for them , preparing them for professional success.

Each professional department decides those activities or tasks that students should develop in the host institution and/or company and this information is available for any institution.
Our project is addressed to students of short cycles, to carry out traineeship: Assistan to Direccion. We also develop a mobility programme for our teaching and non-teaching staff, they can attend to courses or teach abroad.
Our institution facilitates international mobilities based on bilateral agreements with other institutions and/or companies. We look for those projects directed to emphasize the presence of short cycle studies abroad. In
particular we take advantage of the current announcements and we look for fundings, asking for grants, in order to make the mobilities easy to be carried out and to avoid discrimination due to socio-economic reasons.
We consider that study and/or traineeship activities abroad mean a greater potential value than other similar training
activities in the students' home country and we hope that our students get benefits of their experience not only at the
professional level, but also at the professional level.
On the other hand there is a coherent relationship between the teacher mobility and their necessity of training which means a positive impact in their personal and professional development and in the institution. Taking part in the Erasmus Programme means a better knowledge of the educational systems of the vocational studies as well as learning methods and work techniques different to the ones of our work environment. This results in an increase of
the quality of our education and of the productive system based on mobilities and international cooperation. We hope that through cooperative work at the European level our institution obtains results that could not be
reached at a national level. The results of the cooperation have a real impact in the studies of
the participant institutions because they have a real impact in the studies of the participant institutions because they have the possibility of benefiting of the shared knowledge.
We believe that exchanging experience with European counterparts means an important added value to all participants because it lets us learn from the others and share wit
