Project in the frame of the Erasmus+ programme has been implemented through outgoing and incoming student´s, teacher´s and staff´s mobilities. Implementation of the project enabled to create university-wide system of international mobility. Our goal is its´ annual growth. The largest number of mobilities were student mobilities. We realized higher number of all mobility types than we originally planned. Student mobility (for study and training placement purposes) was intended to broaden the skills of students in order to enhance their attractiveness for the labor market; and also to enhance their knowledge in the fields of study at a partner university / business to experience work abroad. The aim of teachers and university staff mobility was to support their personal and professional development, to enhance language skills, knowledge and use of information and communication technologies. Through incoming students, our teachers and university staff were mobilized to increase the cooperation among students, teachers and administrative staff in order to accelerate and simplify incoming participants adaptation.
