Therefore, UNIOS participation in Erasmus+ project is based on its strategic needs in specific disciplines and subject areas, its material and human resources and its capacities to form strong and sustainable partnership relations. In particular, the described Erasmus+ project that UNIOS participated in, has strongly strengthen UNIOS partnerships and did exhibit realistic benefits for the individual participants, for the University, as well as for the wide social community. In this project, UNIOS has organized individual outgoing mobilities of home students. Students have realized their exchange period for the purpose of studying or for practice (training). Home staff visited partner organizations in the Erasmus+ programme countries for the purpose of teaching or professional training. Within this project, UNIOS has also hosted staff and students from European partner higher education institutions. Activities realized at UNIOS by visiting students and staff were the same as of our outgoing participants. Incoming students were enrolled in study programmes and visiting guest performed teaching or cooperated with home staff within scientific or professional areas of common interests. The UNIOS International Relations Office is playing a significant role in establishment, promotion and furtherance of ties at international level. The UNIOS International Relations Office coordinates and manages all aspects referring to realization of the Erasmus+ programme and specific project. It administers all incoming and outgoing mobilities and organizes supporting activities to mobilities. It assures the visibility of Erasmus+ programme and continuously promotes possibilities that Erasmus+ offers to students and staff at the University level. As a general conclusion, UNIOS participation in presented Erasmus+ project and in overall Erasmus+ programme is considered as crucial in development of student and academic mobility, and is defined as inevitable platform for achievement of significant international cooperation results.
