Because we have unique programs, and studies based on practical training, students do not have the possibility of carrying out studies abroad. Therefore, they may be abroad to practice, and in this way gain a wealth of experience and the possibility of direct employment. The aim of the project: - connect the students with high-quality foreign companies that can be later employers; - that students can apply their knowledge in practice; - give students additional advanced knowledge in their field of study; - integrate students into the real working environment; - link the school with new quality foreign companies for further cooperation; Within the framework of the project they are currently registered only 2 students from different programs (economics and bionics), and they both have a desire to expand their knowledge and practical skills. We inform students about the possibility of exchanging via various media and throughout the study. We also help them in the search for appropriate companies who would like to accept students for practice. Many companies already know our students because they are very well professionally and practically educated. Teh results of the practice are: - students know selected company better and so later can decide for possible employment; - students learn about the differences in the work of domestic and foreign companies; - students gain additional knowledge and skills; Long-term benefits: - students are becoming increasingly recognized and valued; - school get the acquired knowledge and experience to be used in the rehabilitation of education programs; - school is gaining in reputation and connections with high-quality foreign firms and with them also makes new different cooperations;
