The outCOME Consortium (COnsórcio do Mar e das Energias Renováveis) seeks to reinforce its position as an entity of reference and excellence both in the national and international context by promoting opportunities for students and graduates in the fields related to the sea and renewable energies. The outCOME was created by initiative of the Portuguese universities that offer Programmes of excellence related to the see and renewable energies: the universities of Évora, Nova de Lisboa, Trás-os-Montes e Alto Douro, Algarve and Açores. It also relies on its strategic partnership with the Fundação Luis de Molina, a foundation with extensive experience in managing internships during the LDV, MED, FP6 and FP7 and also with the Center for Marine Sciences, University of Algarve which is an associate member of the Erasmus Mundus project "PhD programme MARES" and with experience in reception of Erasmus students for training periods. The AAUÉ also participates through ESN in supporting mobility in and out, and dissemination.
