This project has a strong impact on the internationalisation strategy of our university. Internationalisation plays a big role in nowadays education world and therefore projects like this have a great input and impact on international education. Already taking part in LLLP projects we saw the benefits and positive impact a university can gain by participating in these kind of projects. EBS has partner universities around the world, especially in Europe. This project has helped us maintain, strengthen and start our international partnerships in the participating countries. In this project we have used mobility opportunities for both students and staff for studying, training and teaching. In this project all together we had 47 student mobilities, 11 teaching mobilities and 10 staff training mobilities. This project helps to offer equal access to all suitable students and staff and it has been invaluable opportunity for them to gain international experience and also to get monetary support in order to make it happen. Not only have we benefited from making outgoing mobilities possible, but this project has helped us to create international environment at our university by incoming mobility on both student and staff level. We have seen how this project has improved the language skills and also we can see that regarding students this project gives them the confidence they need in order to continue in international professional career.
