For the project in 2014, the weissensee academy of art berlin set the following goals: - Promotion, encouragement and support of international study-related and character-building experiences of students. - Promoting teaching- and staff-training visits at the partner universities - Increasing the number of teachers with international teaching experience and internationally experienced staff As a result, 16 student mobilities for study purposes (SMS), 2 student mobilities for placement purposes (SMP) and 3 teacher mobilities (STA) were implemented successfully. Already in the course of the first year of the ERASMUS+ project, a more committed acceptance with regard to the implementation of the ECHE and an increased level of networking in the field of teaching and research on bi- and multinational levels was noted. In the long term, the following objectives shall be achieved: - A visibly practiced culture of inclusion and an active shaping of the art education field in Europe and worldwide to strengthen our own artistic / creative profile - Promotion of international mobility by fostering partnerships in teaching and practice - Promotion of cosmopolitan and respectful attitudes towards other cultures and the professional capability of graduates in the global labor market and in their international artistic activities. - Promotion of global knowledge transfer
