Ecole des Mines d'Ales has managed lot of projects during the previous years and through this projects it has acquired a solid experience of organization and management of incoming and outgoing mobility. The international strategy of Ecole des mines d'Alès is that all the students spend at least 3 months abroad. The stay can be either a study stay or an internship stay. Through this project this startegy has been carried out. This report shows that 71 students, almost half of a class, was able to achieve mobility through the Erasmus + program. The other half performed a mobility in a country outside of the program. The large number of internship mobility indicates a strong attractiveness for stays in companies. The reports submitted by the students show that even if some points have still to be improved most of them clearly consider this experience as satisfactory or very satisfactory. This is a very important indicator in terms of quality approach and "customer satisfaction." Note that this concerns both incoming and outgoing students. if we consider the long-term impact of this project, the high satisfaction of the students will be an undeniable element of attractiveness. The analysis of improvement points exposed by the students in their reports allow us to continue to implement our continuous improvement process. The different indicators of this report will be internally dissiminated and the quality management system will identify an action plan to improve the service provided to students
