The context of our Project is determined by KA1 of the Erasmus+ Programme, Learning Mobility for Individuals, Mobility of learners and staff. The objectives determined were to support Learning Mobility, Training Mobility for Students, Teaching Mobility and Training Mobility for staff. All the objectives were accomplished, our university ending the 2014-2015 Erasmus+ year with a total of 249 mobilities. The undertaken activities were shared in three big parts: before, during and after the mobility. Our International Office dealt with orientation sessions provided to the students and department coordinators for the preparation of their Learning Agreements, provided the necessary documents for Visa application, organized the language exams and the students classifications. In the same time old bilateral agreements were renewed and new ones have been done in order to ensure an enough number of partners willing to receive our selected students. Contact with partner universities was closely kept, in order to be able to answer to all possible needs of our students or colleagues. After each mobility ending, all documents were checked and classified. Similar process was realized for the mobilities of academicians or staff. All documents related to the mobility were up-to-date introduced in Mobility Tool system. Over all, the results obtained were expected and the number of those willing to be part of an Erasmus+ Mobility increased in all fields. We prepare new strategies in order to further improve our results. Following the visit of Turkish National Agency and the report prepared by the members of the comission, our office realized the missing parts in their activity and took action to improve the accuracy and quality of the services offered. The first steps taken were related to the physical conditions that we received complaints about such the space were the office was and the low number of staff working for the office. 3 new staff member started their activity in the office and we moved in a new building, independent, belonging completely to the International Affairs Department.
For long-term, we consider all the participants in the programme as better specialists in their field of activity.
