Erasmus+ Key Action 1 enables the mobility of our students, alumni and staff for job shadowing, work experience, structured study, training and teaching opportunities. The grants were offered to go to the program countries but we have also undertaken activities that will allow us to expand the aforementioned opportunities to partner countries. In the academic year 2014/2015 we have planned to send 6 employees and 5 students abroad. The quantitative goals related to employees were met fully whereas when it comes to students we could only assign 2 grants despite offering interesting placement and semester opportunities. The qualitative goals (e.g. full recognition, enhancing employee competencies) were achieved. The contacts that we were able to secure through Erasmus+ Key Action 1 are now used within Erasmus+ Key Action 2 (Strategic Partnership in the field of Youth) on a project with Spanish and Italian partners related to an innovative e-learning model that allows customized learning. We also cooperate within Erasmus+ Key Action 2 (Strategic Partnership in Adult Education) with Belgian and Italian partners to enhance IT competencies of adults who are on the labour market.
