Higher education student and staff mobility project

The students of the Lycée F. Rabelais preparing a BTS hotels and catering have an obligation to do an internship abroad. This is because European reference BTS provides an internship in a foreign country. The 18 students were all well in immersion for 4 months in a mainly EU countries. They all went through an Erasmus + mobility. The choice of host institution was carried out according to their area of expertise (kitchen service). They were able to apply their knowledge while learning about the culture, customs of the country and thus adapt to these nouveautés.Les students have gained in autonomy but in practice the language. The acquisition of professional skills was also noticed (working some products work procedure; ability to analyze their own work ...). For some of CDI their proposals had been made.
