Our consortium SAFA-Loyola was given 10 mobilities funded by the EU to do traineeships in enterprises. We also sent abroad two students that received funds from the Ministry of Education in Spain. The 12 students (7 boys and 5 girls) belonged to 5 different SAFA schools integrated in our consortium and belonging to different provinces in Andalusia, in the south of Spain. This is a major point to be highlighted since students come from many different towns. The students did traineeships having to do with electronic automatized systems, administration and finances, dietetics, network administration and tourism. The social background of the students is similar in general: low-middle class families. It must be underlined that for most of them, living in rural areas, this stay and their traineeship abroad were a great opportunity. The 12 students spent almost 3 months in Prague doing their traineeships. The tasks developed in the enterprises were challenging for the students but attainable at the same time. They all improved in terms of language skills thanks to the OLS linguistic tests and the course they completed successfully. The degree of satisfaction of the students with every aspect dealing with their mobility (lodging, enterprises, tutors and mentors) was quite high as we could check from their direct feedback and from the individual reports they sent to the Spanish National Agency. The trainees filled in forms for our institution to evaluate how our our tutors' monitoring had been and what the students thought about the enterprises where they had been doing their traineeships. The coordinators at schools and the tutors have coordinated the stay and traineeships of the students, making sure that if there was a problem this could be solved easily and quickly as well. The contact through phone calls and emails was permanent. The students were given all the information related to their traineeship in advance and during their stay abroad there was permanent contact with them to manage any possible problem that could come up. The students received the visit of the SAFA coordinator for Erasmus programmes. In this way students shared their experiences in situ and they were enthusiastic about them. The coordinator's visit made possible the solution of some problems having to do with one of the accomodations.The coordinator visited their enterprises and talked to their tutors at work. The feedback obtained from the work placement tutors was really positive. The Erasmus coordinator of the institution handed an evaluation sheet to be filled in by the work placement tutors so they could assess and evaluate the trainees in terms of the development of skills from the beginning of their traineeships till that moment. The result of them was excellent in most cases and none of them was negative.The impact on the different schools has been really good since at the moment there are many students interested in participating in future mobility programmes. On the other hand, two of the students who carried out their tasks in the enterprises abroad have obtained a job fromo those very same companies, one of them in Spain and the other one in the Czech branch.The schools have publicised the students' traineeships abroad too. In addition, the students have participated in talks within their schools to promote the mobility consortium.
