Since 2002 the Institute of Training in Nursing Esquirol participates in the program Erasmus and allows the nursing students to make hospitable internships in partner countries. This participation contributes to the development of Europe of the students by integrating them into structures of care to deepen and develop their skills of coverage of the well-kept people. Two students of 2nd year realized an internship of 12 weeks in the hospitals of Brussels. Two trainers intervened within the framework of the 1st International Days: exchanges of courtesies regarding education and regarding evaluation in Brussels. These days grouping several speakers stemming from various institutes of training were the opportunity to work on practices educational. 4 students of 2nd year left during the half-year 2, 2 to Brussels and 2 for Romania with the same objectives of training.These collaborations of students or the trainers constitute a capital gain in the future function or the function of each.
