Background of the project: V. A. Graiciunas School of Management (AVM) has an Erasmus Charter for Higher Education 2014-2020 and, based on this as well as the institutional Erasmus policy statement, is implementing its strategy in the area of internationalization. The project objectives are to enhance the mobility of students and staff. AVM has signed a 2 grant Agreements (No 2014-1-LT01-KA103-000062 and No 2014-LT-NAC-039) with the NA, Lithuania supporting the implementation of student and staff mobility actions in the year 2014-2015. The grants also covered costs for organization of mobility. The participants (6 students and 5 staff persons), have undertaken the following activities: the students participated in the student mobility for traineeships, covering their programme practice placement periods and the staff participated in staff mobility for teaching and staff mobility for training. Besides individual competence development, mobility participants shared the results and insights for further development with the AVM learning community through an ?open class?, presenting the reports and sharing the insights on the AVM intranet.
