Our institution had never participated in a mobility project in the European Union before and the Erasmus Programme has enabled a student of our school to carry out her internship in a foreign country. We believe that it is essential for our institution to take part in the Erasmus Programme because our students demand the possibility of development of work placements in enterprises. Our target groups of mobility activities are Advanced Vocational Education and in this case the selected student belonged to International Trade group.
We consider that mobility can help to overcome any kind of barriers, to gain intercultural competence, to develop self-confidence, responsibility and employability which is the principal aim due to the high rate of youth unemployment in Spain.
