The overall objective of the Erasmus project in ?Tibiscus? University is the increase of graduates? employability in their field of study in a national and European competitive environment. The specific operational objectives are: (1) the acquisition of skills and abilities based on the replacement of the classic learning process through knowledge capture-storage with an innovative process, centred on situational learning and problem solving (2) creating learning experiences in formal, non-formal and informal contexts, which would offer flexibility, consistency and relevance to the training process (3) the internationalization of the teaching process.
As a result, the program organized in the academic year 2014-2015 followed the implementation of new instructional design based on a learning process in a network of institutions, some providing the classic theoretical knowledge and others providing learning environments. The first are represented by the partner universities, where learning is mainly formal, in real-time, and face to face. The others are represented by institutions from the socio-economic environment, the university's partners in organizing mobilities.
From a quantitative point of view we have planned to achieve a total of 27 student mobilities among which 2 of study and 25 of placement. We have conducted 22 student mobilities, 4 of study and 18 of placement. 13 mobilities have also been contracted for the academic staff, 6 of teaching and 7 of placement. We have conducted 13 academic staff mobilities with some changes, namely 2 teaching mobilities and 11 training mobilities.
The implementation of the program in 2014-2015 aimed at achieving an increase in the number of 3 months placement mobilities as the number of contracted study mobilities is relatively constant (2-4 a year).
As far as the program for students is concerned, the results can be described by the increase of the study program relevancy through skills training and abilities as a valuable addition to the obtained qualifications, by the increase of the ability to meet the employers requirements, and by the increase in self-confidence and self-esteem.
The benefits of the teaching staff mobilities for teaching and training are expressed through the submitted projects, conferences and partnership activities, with a recognized scientific quality. As an example, we could mention the participation in a KA2 project that will accredit a master program in international partnership, as well as the accomplishment of steps for the ISI listing database of a recently concluded conference. In the long run all these results lead to the institutional development and its strengthening in the area of higher education.
