Context and y Antecedents of the project:
Fundación Universitaria San Antonio has an Erasmus Charter since 2003 and has been managing mobilities of students and staff since the academic year 2003-2004.
In the year 2014 the Erasmus Charter was renewed for the second time with the intention to continue the promotion of international mobility of students and staff in the university with the aim of increasing the percentage of graduates that have realised at least one international mobility during their degree or postgraduate degree.
Aims:
Our aims for the course 2014-2015 were:

Description of the realised activities:
Mobility for Studies: a total of 110 students have participated with an Erasmus Grant for studies, 44 of them went to italian universities, 19 students to portuguese universities, 13 students to polish universities, 7 students to dutch universities, 6 students to irish universities, 5 students to english unversities, 4 students to rumanian universities, 3 students to turkish universities, 3 students to frecnh universities, 3 students to german universities, 1 students to a finnish unversity, 1 students to a swedish university and 1 student to a croacian university.
Within the Erasmus Placement Prgram we had a participation of 22 students
15 with an Erasmus grant, 1 with an erasmus.es grant y 6 with a cero grant. Their destinations: Belgium(4), Bulgaria (1), France (8), the Netherlands (2), Italy (4) en Norway (1), United Kingdom (3).
The 11 staff members that have participated in the mobilities for teaching and training went to:
Ireland (2), The Netherlands (1), Belgium (1), Croatia (1), Finland (2), Italy (2), Polond (1), Portugal (1)
Results and impacts, as well as long term benefits:
Taking into account the two aims that have been mentionned before:
With respect to thew first aim: the total number of mobilities has decreased slightly (5%) but if we take into account that we only received a total of 94 grants for Erasmus for Studies from our National Agency and that in the end we have been able to send 110 students, we consider this is a good result.
With respect to Erasmus Placement: inspite of having been awarded only 9 grants in june 2014 by our National Agency, we have managed 22 mobilities: 15 with a grant and 7 without a grant, which is 4 more than last year, an increase of 28%.
The second aim has been achieved because the University has signed several agreements that include the new study areas that are offered.
The achieved impact and benefits on the long term:
With respect to student mobility:
The mobilitieshave offered an added value to the education and the curriculum of the students increasing their future employment possibities
Their mobilities have contributed to the improvement of the personal and professional competences of the students
In the case of placement mobilities, the mobilities have also contributed to the increase of the number af agreements with companies and to the impulse of cooperation with those companies.
With respect to Staff mobility:
The mobilities of staff have increased competences and experiences about pedagogic methods (in case of teaching)
Also it has promoted he increase and enrichment of variety of contents in the courses that we offer
and it has promoted the cooperation between institutions.
It has contributed to the improvement of personal and professional competences of non teaching staff.
