The international mobility is nearly a necessary requirement and in this frame all the members of the “Università degli Studi di Bari Aldo Moro” are involved. Students are stimulated to spend abroad Erasmus study periods for many reasons, especially they need to complete their own academic career with an european experience, they wish to be more open-minded, to grow, living and studying in a new context, because they are convinced in this way they will afford more job opportunities even abroad. Besides the students mobility for traineeships already carried out in the framework of Consortium, in the academic year 2015-2016 also the students mobility for traineeships directly managed by the University of Bari has been added, thanks to the Erasmus+ financial contribution. Young teachers are more and more interested in taking part in the teaching training activities, often with the support of specific didactical documentation. STT activities have allowed a practical/operating training by the direct comparison of the activities carried out at the involved Universities and the used procedures and methods, with positive effects on these Universities and on the University of Bari as well. Moreover, meeting colleagues of the different involved Universities, in the framework of STA and STT activities, guarantees to improve relationships and other kind of cooperation in the future. The interest and the participation to the Erasmus+ Programme are increasing, considering the taller number of participants compared to the years in the past: 459 SMS, 17 STA, 7 STT.
