In administering the project, sector "International Integration" aims to further strengthen the interest in the program. “Erasmus +" at the Technical University - Sofia is available to any student who meets the university's internal rules without viewing, social status, gender, age, religion and others. Regularly held "information days" of explaining the program's activities, give presentations, discussions take place between students and teachers on various topics. Often in collaboration with teachers / staff sector "International Integration" is involved in the dissemination of curricula. The university supports site with updated issues on the program and information is placed on special monitors. Very often representatives of the sector "international integration" participate in committees for selection of students and / or teachers / staff, which takes place at faculty level. Mobilities are carried out within the framework of prior agreements between institutions. The agreements establish the respective roles and responsibilities of the different parties, specify shared quality criteria in the selection, preparation, reception and integration of mobile participants. Student and staff mobility for education or training purposes is based on a learning agreement for students and mobility agreement for staff, validated in advance between home and host institutions. Students are carried recognition of study abroad after finishing mobility at faculty. When differences in curricula between the Technical University - Sofia and host institutions, students prepare prior individual curricula. Committee on Accreditation, quality of education and ECTS supports catalogue of courses in a foreign language offered by faculties.
