For many years Erasmus Programme occupies an important place in the international relations at the Technical University of Gabrovo. In the past 2014/2015 academic year there were realized over 20 mobility of academic and non-academic staff, and over 15 student mobility for training / practice. The academic staff have a growing interest to visit partner universities abroad, exchange of experience and good practices, as well as for taking lectures for the foreign students. Due to the more and more rising desire for participation and the high activity of academic staff members from the Technical University of Gabrovo, it was decided the count of the staff who will take an Erasmus grant for mobility abroad to be increased at the expense of the number of the days with individual support grant. Thereby a larger number of interested staff members managed to realize their mobility in partner universities and to enrich their professional and personal experience. It was concluded by the previous experience with the program that most of the students have great concerns about their mobility - preparation and mostly the activities before the actual mobility, so the number of those who wish to participate is not very high. The Vice Deans of all faculties of the Technical University of Gabrovo involved in the team of the Erasmus program, and the contact person for the program, seek to facilitate the selection, application, and the organization of the mobility itself to every willing student. It is provided by our team for every students the assistance in choosing a suitable foreign university or company for practical training, contact the host country, preparation of necessary documents, finding accommodation / hostel, opening bank accounts, medical insurance, etc. The results from our efforts can be seen over the past few years - increasing interest and desire for student mobilities. The purpose of the team is to increase this number of outgoing student with every year. As a concept for the future system development process, we would like to offer the following: in the process of completing the final reports generated by the Mobility Tool, can be added a column in which the academics/students with a few sentences can describe their impressions, and furthermore a possibility to attach some pictures of the realized mobility. We believe that this kind of information would be very useful in the preparation of promotional materials for the program and during the information days that we do in order to inform our students. As a conclusion we can add just one sentence: "Great opportunities, great team, great Erasmus+"
