Following the obtention of the Erasmus Charter in 2013, we launched our first programme in 2014 in order to facilitate our students and staff's open-mindedness through mobilities. In order to mix the participants' profile, two students and 4 members of the staff got a mobility grant . The two students went to the Netherlands for a training session in a farm for 2 months. This experience abroad aimed at discovering other farming processes in the scope of their BTEC HND (2-year farming degree). Previous contacts enabled 4 members of the staff to go to Poland in April 2016 (4 teachers in food-industry, microbiology and farming fields as well as 2 english teachers). The aim of these mobilities was to create partnerships for future training sessions mobilities (for teachers and students). They met two heads of the departments as well as the international cooperation coordinators at Olsztyn University. They visited the different departments (food science and environmental science) as well as the university campus. Following these contacts, two agreements were signed between the two schools. A staff mobility is already planned in october 2016.
