The general aims that we were trying to reach with the accomplishment of this project were: The improvement of the aptitudes and individual competitions of the students of the Formative Cycles of Top Degree " Management of Tourist Housings ", as well as in promoting and reinforcing the offer of a qualit vocational training, the mobility of our students. And competitiveness on the labor both national and international market. The specific aims that we were trying to reach with the accomplishment of this project, and that have been fulfilled fully, are the following ones: * To complete the preparation of the beneficiaries with professional practices, inserting to the student body in companies adapted to his professional profile. * Attainment of the official title of the cycle, certificates of practices of the companies, signature of the formative agreements and formative programs stipulated by the Council of Education and Science of Castile the Spot, Headquarter of Educational Arrangement and Vocational training, between the center of studies and the companies in practices. * To promote the growth of his linguistic, cultural competitions and of dip in the Belgian company.. * To promote the professional mobility, capture of contact with new options of employment and managerial organizations inside his professional profile. * Improvement of the quality of the educational offer of the center, giving him an international dimension. * Increase and improvement of the competitions and social and professional skills of the participant, favoring at the same time the personal growth and maturity of the same ones. The foreseen results have been waited for this type of events. Bearing in mind that in most cases, the pupils neither had travelled abroad, they had not even been mixed by other cultures and different languages, we have surprised his positive and of integration aptitude. The evaluation has been carried out of the following forms: In the target country, the certificate of the company accredits that the pupils have overcome the period, so much labor as in active participation. With everything previous, we establish that the final aims have been widely overcome with regard to the marked ones to the beginning of the period of practices.
