Celje School of Economics was awarded three grants for mobility: Student mobility for traineeships; Staff mobility for teaching and Staff mobility for training.Due to the specifics of the higher education institutions, where participants can also be students from the 1st year, briefings for interested students of first and second year were organized in the autumn months. After the briefing, we carried out a call for students. The staff of vocational school was informed about obtaining grants and the amount of acquired assets at the Assembly meeting and also at the information meeting for all interested. After that we carried out the call for staff. The procedures and selection criteria for students and staff are specified in The call and The Rules of the Vocational College of mobility ERASMUS+.After selecting a student and confirmation of the company where the student was to carry out the practice, the Erasmus coordinator drew up both, the Training Agreement in cooperation with the host organization, the grant agreement and also took care of a financial transfer in accordance with the rules of Erasmus+ and adequate insurance. The student was granted the OLS license and the examination of the German language was arranged in cooperation with the instructor of foreign languages. The student went on a two-month training in the company Seuffer GmbH&Co.KG, Calw, Germany, where he worked in the areas of personnel services, accounting, controlling and IT. Thus, he expanded his practical knowledge, verified and applied knowledge and skills acquired in these areas. He learned and developed his skills for teamwork. A very important dimension was improving the knowledge and use of a foreign language both in the business environment as well as in personal life. The objective of "acquisition of knowledge and skills which will enhance their employability« (ECHE) was fulfilled. He was successfully introduced into the environment and EU countries and got to know the European dimension to the business world. The purpose set out in the Erasmus Policy Statement: "to intensify the European dimension of the Study Programmes by expanding the Erasmus mobility for students to work placements abroad« was fulfilled. Two lecturers chose the Staff mobility for teaching. After the initial contact of the participants with the institutions for which they were interested the two lecturers, the Erasmus coordinator, in collaboration with partner institutions prepared and concluded an Inter-institutional Agreement. The Erasmus coordinator edited all the necessary documents: Staff mobility for teaching-mobility agreement, the grant agreement and made a financial transfer in accordance with the rules of Erasmus+. The lecturers visited two educational institutions in Croatia. One was the guest lecturer at the High School for menad?ment and design ASPIRA in Split with a lecture on the topic of quality management in sport. The second lecturer was the guest of the Faculty of Economics Osijek. She conducted a 4-hour lecture in English on the subject of cultural differences and prejudices of Slovenian and Croatian businessmen in the English-speaking countries and 4 hour lectures in German on the subject of cultural differences and prejudices of Slovenian and Croatian businessmen in the German-speaking countries. During the mobility, the Erasmus coordinator was available predominantly in case of problems. Of course, greater attention was paid to the mobility of students as it is a mobility for a longer period of time, as well as for participants with less experience. The contact was carried out through the mail. After the mobility, the Erasmus coordinator verified the adequacy of the confirmations for the Mobilities that were carried out (Letter of confirmation). She thanked the persons responsible at both partner educational institutions and the company for participation and interest in the satisfaction of participants. All participants turned in the online final report in time. Given the low number of mobility, it would be difficult to talk about the verified and broad impact of our project. However, any improved and newly acquired competency of the mobility participant has an impact on the environment in which the participant lives and works. As the broader impact could be evaluated the change in the activities and the conception of the student who stated how much easier he cooperates with people from different backgrounds and cultures, thinks more as a European, is more interested in the happenings in the world, etc. The lecturers have gained additional expertise. ES Celje realized 100% of the planned activities in accordance with the funds received. The difference occurred in the implementation of Staff mobility: one mobility for training was transferred into mobility for teaching. We signed the new Inter-institutional Agreement and included EF Osijek as a partner in the project KA2: Strategic partnership in the Call 2016.
