IES ZARAOBE BHI is a Vocational Polytechnic working on the fields of industrial maintenance, tool machinery and social care. The participation in International projects is recorded in our strategic plan. Although our institution has a small size, the European programs have been developed in a very positive way, and those programs have an important place in our institution. Starting with Leonardo and Erasmus mobility projects, for company training periods, nowadays the institution is to developing new strategies. With this aim our the institution created in 2008 an internationalization department. A staff of two people is the responsible of the next tasks: Erasmus, and Leonardo mobility projects, look for partners and the relation ships, control of the budgets, promotion and advertising, and, in coordination with the leadership of the institution, the design of the internationalization strategy. we promote the mobility of our students to countries of the European Union, as an attractive oportunity, and thus a form of extra motivation, developing the project with a company in the area, with offices in EC countries that can meet their expectations, both training and professional development in the near future. We have expanded the scope of cooperation to other multinationals in the area. ATUSA, GUARDIAN, ORONA, with many branches in different countries. We further understand this project as an opportunity to open a door to the exchange of students that currently performs practices in these branches in other countries of the EC and the interaction with their schools. For this we have four partners and with similar centers as the Lycée Gustaf Eiffel Narbonne France, Summa College of Eindhoven, Meritum in Poland and Social-og Sundhedsskolen in Denmark. At present we are enhancing collaboration vocational schools, as this allows us to other policy areas such as mobility of staff, classroom activities, students receive ... In collaboration with the company or school, a campaign of selection and motivation will be held simultaneously, exposing potential candidates bonanzas project, which is presented as an opportunity. The project is a fundamental pillar strengthen our trilingual offer, Spanish, Basque and English in vocational training. We started three years ago to offer certain modules in English, and certainly in this strategy the Erasmus program, it is a complement of great importance to our training offer. The internship program will be made by consensus, based on existing experience and will have a continuous monitoring by local guardians and those responsible for the companies. .
