This project has allowed the participants to get some experience in the labour market in a European country with a high international prestige in the required sector. Participants managed to improve their abilities in every sector apart from being able to put into practice the theoretical knowledge acquired throughout their period of study. The specific goals aimed and achieved in this project for the mobility of students are the following: - To develop a personal experience that the participants can include in their CV which will mean a difference with respect to their competitors when they need to get to the labour market. - To improve their communicative competence in Italian. - To put into practice the knowledge acquired throughout their studies. - To improve the cultural knowledge of the participants, to increase the respect and knowledge of a culture whose customs are different from the Spanish ones. - To enhance their self confidence from both a personal and professional point of view. This project has been of key importance for the training and development of the participants as it has meant a real experience not only from a professional point of view, but also from a human and cultural ones. In fact, this project has made the participants break their own personal borders and decide on trying to find a job in other countries in the EU. One student was hired in France in the collaborating company for six renewable months. This experience is a lure for other students at our School and for future promotions.
