In this Erasmus + project we wanted to increase the mobility of teachers from our school, Goierri Eskola. The response has been very positive and we exceeded the expectations that we had at the start of the project. To achieve this objective, we planned different mobilities with different partners: -Summa College and GTC have been our partners for several years in order to achieve a stable network of students’ mobility in higher education.The review of the methodology used by both centres turns out to be essential for a perfect mutual understanding. -LES is our newest partner with whom we are also working on the option of higher education students’ mobility. The first contact with this centre was two years ago with the aim of a possible teachers’ exchange, which still remains in place. To achieve these objectives, the methodological knowledge of this centre is essential. Long-term goals are more ambitious but what we wanted with this project was to introduce our teachers the European schools’ way of working so that the international involvement of our staff increased.
