For our center was the first time we participate in this type of project, sending students to do internships in companies outside our country. This new experience, is undoubtedly an important incentive and motivation for our students vocational training, opening new avenues of education and possibilities of opening up to Europe. For our students opens the possibility of widely complement several different aspects and its formation.
Locally we are the only center offering this type of placements and there are many regional centers in European projects, so we must be among them, thus meeting the demand of our students.
Our population is relatively isolated and poor communications with the main capitals of our environment; yet we have a great fishing port and a renewable energy-related industries and aluminum, which increasingly need trained personnel to interact with other countries, mainly in Europe, so the project was not only interesting for our students, but also for our industrial and productive sector to promote openness and the establishment of new markets.
