En un principio solicitamos más movilidades de las que se nos autorizaron, 5. El perfil del alumnado participante era tan apropiado para esta iniciativa, que hizo que buscáramos otras estrategias para lograr dar esa oportunidad a más alumnos. De ahí que hayamos pasado de 5 movilidades de tres meses cada una, a 1 de tres meses y 8 de dos. Las añadidas son dos movilidades beca cero y otras dos que resultaron de reducirle un mes a cuatro de las movilidades autorizadas y quedarnos con movilidades de dos meses, los necesarios para la FCT. Nos alegramos de ello, puesto que desde el inicio del proceso de selección vimos que el perfil de los candidatos merecía la pena. Cumplieron con todos los requerimientos antes, durante y después de las movilidades. Nos gustaría destacar lo complicado y difícil que se está haciendo, cada vez más, encontrar y consolidar empresas donde realizar prácticas, sin que intervenga los intermediario. Nuestra política es trabajar de manera directa con la empresa de acogida, lo cual contribuye a una mayor calidad y una comunicación más fluida entre las tres partes participantes. Esas dificultades las hemos resuelto este año, en el que nos han fallado empresas de otros años, con nuevos destinos como Francia y Portugal y volver a otros en los que llevábamos tiempo si estar, como el Reino Unido. Estos nuevos destinos son fruto del trabajo de iniciar contactos por parte del profesorado del centro que coordina este proyecto y que realiza movilidades de formación cada año, con el objetivo de estar mejor cualificados y de ampliar la red de trabajo conjunto a nivel europeo. En cuanto al impacto de estas acciones, decir que mejorar la empleabilidad y la inserción laboral de nuestro alumnado es lo primero, seguido de una mayor presencia de nuestra institución a nivel europeo, que nos permita participar en más acciones de esta naturaleza. Un impacto que esperamos es participar con instituciones europeas en un proyecto KA2 en el futuro. Por último esperamos que el alumnado participante en esta edición contribuya con su aportación activa post-movilidad a mejorar las experiencias de los participantes en ediciones futuras. Por ello, el día 3 de diciembre están convocados en nuestro centro educativo para una sesión de transferencia de conocimiento en torno a la movilidad realizada, en la que se dirigirán a participantes potenciales, con el objetivo de ayudarles desde su experiencia a mejorar la posible participación futura. Para finalizar, destacar que tres de las participantes lograron quedarse en las empresas de acogida una vez finalizado el periodo de prácticas. ENGLISH Initially we ask more mobilities than were authorized, 5. The profile of students participating was so appropriate for this initiative, which made us to seek other strategies for giving that opportunity to more students. We have therefore increased from 5 mobilities of three months each, to 1 of three months and 8 of two. The added mobilities are zero grants and two that resulted from reducing one month in four of the five authorized ones. We welcome that decision, because since the beginning of the selection process we saw they were hardworking people. They met all requirements before, during and after the mobilities. We would like to highlight how complicated and difficult is finding and consolidating placements, without intermediarie involved. Our policy is to work directly with the host company, which contributes to a higher quality and better communication among the three participating parties. These difficulties have been solved this year, in which companies from other years have not hosted students, with new destinations such as France and Portugal and coming back to old destinations such as the UK. These new destinations are the work of initiating contacts by the coordination on Erasmus + at the college and those teachers who undergo mobility training every year, in order to be better qualified and to expand the network of working at EU. Regarding the impact of these actions we expect, they improve the employability of our students and a greater presence of our institution at European level, allowing us to participate in more actions of this nature. An impact we expect is to participate with European institutions in KA2 project in the future. Finally, we hope that the students participating in this edition contribute with their experiences to transfer knowlwdge to future participants and to make it easier for them the traineeship period. Therefore, next December 3rd, they are invited to our college for a presentation in which they will inform potential participant. Finally, note that three of the participants managed to stay in the host companies upon completion of the internship period.
