NAURA mobility consortium consists of the universities of Almería , Jaén , Córdoba , Huelva and Cadiz and is coordinated by the ceiA3 (Campus of International Excellence in Agribusiness ) . This consortium will promote the educational, cultural and linguistic training and mobility of newly graduates in the agribusiness area through internships in companies in the following countries : Portugal, Italy, France , Belgium, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Ireland , Austria and Germany. The main objectives of NAURA are the specialization and employability of graduates in this specific area of knowledge, practical training and the first contact with the labor market for new graduates, the development of language competences, multicultural capabilities and greater European awareness, the implementation of new technologies in enterprises and research centers, the ability of international mobility, new research - company relationships, promoting lifelong learning, mobility , social cohesion and active citizenship and acquisition of key competences for lifelong learning. Expected results of NAURA consortium include increasing the level of employability of participants, the significant improvement of the participants in other languages, boosting the transparency and recognition of qualifications and competences acquired (formal and informal), performing quality work placements and increased cooperation between higher education institution and the labour market.The 2014 Project has allowed the international mobility of 14 newly graduates.
