This project has been developed in a secondary education school with students of the vocational training branch who performed these mobilities as their practices period. In addition, there has been the possibility of a mobility for a teacher. The number of participants was six, five students and one teacher. The activities carried out by students mobilities have been approximately 10 weeks of training. This professional training is part of the students' curriculum and thanks to this programthey have had the opportunity to perform it in another country. They have achieved the objectives of promoting mobility to improve the quality of education of our school, a priority for the institution and a goal reflected in our school plan. Equality and transparency in the selection process and recognition of the training have been a priority. Students were chosen for their professional, linguistic and personal skills through a public selection process.All the students have had their credit recognition automatically. The Erasmus students have had their EUROPASS mobility certificate.We have published all the details of the selection process on the school's website. The students who participated in the program belong to two professional specialties: motor vehicles and computers. Specifically: One student of higher technician in motor vehicles, one student higher technician in computer network system management and three students of higher technician in Multiplatform application development. The countries were they have developed their practices were England and Ireland-. The activity carried out by Professor has been five "Job Shadowing" in two different companies in Malta. The results have been excellent, students have developed their professional skills, have improved their language command and have had personal integration opportunities in another country and culture. They have seized the opportunity with considerable success. Regarding the teacher mobility, it has been interesting to know the development of businesses of their sector in other countries and open communication channels for future collaboration. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Este proyecto se ha desarrollado en un centro de educación secundaria para alumnos de formación profesional para la realización de movilidades para prácticas. Ademas ha habido la posibilidad de movilidad para un profesor. El número de participantes ha sido seis, cinco alumnos y un profesor. Las actividades llevadas a cabo por los alumnos han sido movilidades de 10 semanas aproximadamente para prácticas. Estas prácticas forman parte del currículo del alumno y a través de este programa han tenido la oportunidad de realizar en otro país. Se han cumplido los objetivos de promover la movilidad para una mejora de la calidad de enseñanza que imparte el centro, algo prioritario para el centro y objetivo reflejado en nuestro proyecto de centro. Igualmentela transparencia en el proceso de selección y el recocimiento de los estudios realizados. Los alumnos han sido elegidos por sus aptitudes profesionales, lingüísticas y personales a través de un proceso de selección público. Todos los estudientes ahn tenido su reconocimiento de créditos de las prácticas de forma automática. Los alumnos con movilidad Erasmus han tenido su certificado EUROPASS. En la página web del centro está detallado el proceso de selección y los detalles de los alumnos participantes. En el programa han participado alumnos de dos especialidades: un alumno de automoción, un alumno de administración de sistemas informaticos y tres alumnos de desarrollo de aplicaciones. Los paises en lo que han desarrollado sus prácticas han sido Inglaterra e Irlanda. La actividad realizada por el profesor han sido cinco "Job Shadowing" en dos empresas diferentes en Malta Los resultados obtenidos han sido muy buenos, los alumnos han desarrollado sus capacidades profesionales, han mejorado su nivel de idioma y han tenido oportunidades personales de integración en otro país y otras culturas. Han aprovechado con bastante éxito la oportunidad. Respecto a la movilidad del profesor ha sido interesante conocer el funcionamiento de empresas de sus sector en otros países y abrir vías de comunicación para futuras colaboraciones.
