Considering the learning difficulties of speaking expression are source of inequality to education, culture with people who with they work, the three organizations Avril (France), Dynamo International (Belgium) and Les Conteurs du terroir (Burkina Faso) want to use the fairytale, common practice to Europe and Burkina Faso, environment (water and its differences to access and use, health problems) and information and communications technology (use of smartphone, video recorder, stop motion, social networks) to set up four actions (training course in France and Jobshadowing in Belgium for professionals), youth exchanges in Africa and in France) and offer at the end a method and skills applicable in all countries, and accessible in electronic version and translated in English.Those actions will bring together around 90 participants, including a large part of JAMO.During the course, participants will switch between outdoor activities and indoor theory, at the Aquascole – Avril in Manche department, with ecofriendly facilities, with environment learning (protection and access to water, diseases) participants will study theater and fairytale with Les Conteurs du Terroir.The two exchanges will take place during two weeks, in Burkina Faso and in France, during each country’s holiday’s period. The young people and professionals, together, will choose artistic and digital skills they prefer in order to create new animation technics about fairytale and environment.During the Jobshadowing that will take place in Belgium, professionals from Avril and from Les Conteurs du Terroir will follow street workers of Dynamo International and its public. Every participant will build the method that will be used after the project.During all the twenty-two months, the three organizations will lead local actions with their respective partners to maintain the group dynamics and help the participants to appropriate the project.Principal objectives are to strengthen the competences of professionals, attractiveness of the three organizations and professional recognition.The project wants to promote interculturality, Erasmus + program, through access to artistic activities and learning of eco-citizenship.The objective is also to bring European project value to Africa and attract new public with new facilities.Principals used methods will be non-formal education.We hope to create a partnership between the three organizations and encourage an active participation of project’s actors and of those who will be aware of environment, sustainable development and international mobility actions.
