In recent years, growing body of children having a really hard time to learn and get obtain in school. These children need to get noticed and educated in proper ways by professionals. In our country, because of the failure of the diagnose in pre-school period of time in children’s life, especially, children who don’t necessarily have mental distabilities but with learning disabilities, has a negative affect on their personal and school life. To decrease these negative affects depend on how you diagnose in early stage of school with the proper methods. These children has been suffering from some socialization problems. To set examples; attention, perception, communication, interaction, adaptation with society can be named. Being unaware of any of these problems cause them to target as naughty, aggressive and problematic kids in the public eye. With the project we applicate on, our participant students, disabled students and the student with learning disabilities, they will be seen as qualitified employees on their education and approach. To the contrary, the amount of young population and the highly unemployment rate our country has, we’d like to contribute new and different experiences to these young people lives. In consequence of the intern programme which hold in our host foundations, the students will be given some important certificates. It’s believed that these certificates will give them better chance to find a job. Our aims for the project:• To develop students self-improvement• To provide enduring employment in a labor market• Having the knowledge and experience of kids learning process, to endorse the same knowledge to the students• To be achieve some knowledge, abilitiy, behaviour for the kids after the programme is done• To strengthen students language skills• To draw attention to other countries cultural heritage and their background stories• To provide international communication network oppurtunities in order to make them understand what’s like to be an european citizen • To collabrate with consortium member instutions, • To be able to organize local area network Our project will be held in March 2017 as form of three mobilites. It’s expected to take 3 weeks. First mobility will offer 14 participant students from Ordu Perşembe Mesleki and Teknik Anadolu High School and 2 companion teachers. They will head to education institution in Czech Republic. Second mobility will offer 14 participant students from Burdur Bucak Oğuzhan and Teknik Anadolu Lisesi and 2 companion teachers. They will head to the same education institution in Mateřskáškola Sbíhavá in Czech Republic just like first mobility. Third mobility will offer 14 participant students from Ankara Ali Hasan Coşkun Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Lisesi and 2 companion students. They will head to Roc Ter AA educational institution in Holland. The students who studies at 11 and 12 classes and the people who is in the ability education programme will be picked by the election board. The project will take 12 months. The students who studies child development will have a chance to observe pre-school students behaviours and communicate people from other cultures. By doing that, they will realize that they can speak foreign language in their own field. This might be considered as a life-time oppurtunity for them.By force of the process which will provide significant contributions in self-confidence development, the students will have a chance to increase their individual competences.
