The general aim that the project contributes is to increase the importance given to pre-school education problem for Turkey, to reduce the early school drop outs- in every step in education and to increase the competence of our training staff related to this issue. The specific aim of our project is enhancing the cooperation between schools that facing the same problems and to create social awareness by identifying the common method for the solution in our province of Erzincan. The basic problem of our institution is not to understand the importance of pre-school education as it should be implemented. especially before reaching the necessary readiness econdary school students settle to the vocational school. As a result it is usually from the 9th grade that students are leaving school early. We Need awareness about the importance of pre-school education in our organization, in local basis as well as national public awareness; Another important issue is to cut the front of early school leaving, especially in the vocational school. Our plan consists of the elimination of our present needs. Erzincan pre-school education includes 2964 students and rate of 28%. Considered to other countries we are taking place at the end of diameter. This situation also affects the quality of the training course. Many experts agree on the cansensus that pre-school is the stage of a child to improve the attitude of commitment to the school. There are many reasons for the lack of pre-school education. To have uneducated families, material shortages, widespread opinion of pre-school education is not required motherly attitude of the parents, etc. Moving here exemplary data and information we obtain from our countries in the light of this need, the solution to our problem spot to catch any obvious opportunity to learn what can be done. İn the present system the students who get the lowest grades be placed in vocational high schools. The students have insufficient knowledge about the bordem they face in high schools also they have a tendency about learned helplessness, they have negative attitude to development in education. in addition to these the negative effects of their friends the low economical and educational status of their families and the negative effects of social environments cause them to leave the school from grade 9.Considered locally early school leaving is a problem in every level of educational system but especially in seconary education , vocational high school.
