The project " Heps go Hungary 2" is the second application of the BBS III in Stade in connection with Erasmus + for vocational training and education. It is meant to be a continuation of the project " Heps go Hungary". The idea was born due to the wish of our school to establish a mobility agreemement with a foreign country. The BBS III is a vocational school in the field of home economic, health and care as well as agriculture. In the field of agriculture the school had a cooperation agreement with France for some years already. French pupils attend practical training in agricultural establishments in Stade every year. The BBS III was able to gain first experiences as a sending organisation during the project: "Heps go Hungary". The contact was offered to us by another school that acted as an agent in 2013.Our partner WEXEdU (Work Experience and Education in der EU) is a foundation with longterm experience in projects such as the Leonardo da Vinci lifelong learning programmes. They are a sending as well as a hosting organisation. The target group of our cooperation are pupils doing an apprenticeship in the field of social care. They are trained to support and to develop skills of people with special needs. The pupils will do an internship in establishments that are specialised in the field of social care in Hungary (Budapest) . The internship will last for about four weeks. The sending organisation will choose ten appropiate candidates during the time of the project. They will be prepared to go abroad. The hosting oranisation WEXEdU will attend to the interns during their stay in Hungary. The participants are offered accommodation and catering, they will be introduced and supervised at the places of their internship. The WEXEdU will offer free time activities during the stay of the interns as well. The participants will receive a cultural and linguistic introduction for the country and there will be excursions to places around Budapest as well. The German interns as well as the Hungarian experts will benefit from the experience and the exchange of knowledge. The target groups will learn to appreciate intercultural and professional differences by comparing of the German and the Hungarian system. In that way they become further educated and will broaden their treasure trove of experience. The participants get to know another country, culture and language with the effect of growing in their development. Last but not least the pupils will open up for new things and will gain more independence which is a positive step in their developments.Implementing the project sucessfully for our school, the reputation and attractiveness of the apprenticeship in the field of social care as well as of the whole school will increase in public awareness.
