The project objective is to elaborate and develop a process for improving and increasing the quality of workplace training of students in the food and hotel sector. The identification of quality criteria for these sectors will allow the development of quality criteria for workplace training. The intention is to produce a manual for workplace trainers and create quality indicators for validation.
